Revolution is 3rd party audited annually and accredited to the R2:2013 Standard. Shift Recycling is accredited to the R2:2013 at the Destruction Centre. All material from our Collection Facilities flow to either our Head Office or Destruction Centres. R2 is an international electronics recycling standard focused on data security, environmental compliance and occupational health and safety. R2 is quickly becoming THE global standard for electronics recyclers. If your current recycler isn’t R2:2013 certified, you have to ask: Why not?
Revolution is a proud member of NAID-Canada, the national association representing companies that specialize in secure information and document destruction.
Revolution is audited to ensure compliance with the OES Reuse and Refurbishment standard which ensures we handle all data bearing devices with the utmost care as it relates to data security. This certification ensures your end of life electronics are properly recycled to the highest standards in Canada.
Revolution is audited annually by a third party auditor and accredited to the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standards. These internationally recognized standards provide comfort to our customers knowing that occupational health and safety / environmental risks are actively managed and accounted for.
The Electronics Recycling Refurb and Reuse Standard is the minimum level of compliance your ITAD service provider and electronics recycler should meet. Maintained by the Recycler Qualification Office (RQO), The ERS 2010 is the minimum standard required by each of Canada’s provincial recycling programs and ensures that Revolution (via Shift) recycles your electronics to the highest Canadian standard.
Revolution is proud to partner with and be authorized as a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher to install Microsoft operating systems on refurbished assets, maximizing their value and overall return for our customers while ensuring complete data security.
Note: Not all facilities hold the same certifications
